We are a household of three (myself and my parents), with up to two additional flatmates once all boarding rooms are occupied. The property is a modern three-storey house with six bedrooms in total.

We are looking for a tidy, respectful, and quiet boarder who is either working full-time or studying. To maintain a peaceful living environment, alcohol is not permitted on the property, and visitors/guests are not allowed.

For security reasons, the driveway gate is closed between 9:00 pm and 5:00 am. Boarders are expected to keep outdoor movements during these hours to a minimum to avoid disturbing other occupants and neighbours.
