The house is a lovely and peaceful home with a garden and beautiful bay views. You can even watch the sunset over the Waitākere Ranges from the house, which makes it a really special place to live.

The location is great, with Heron Park and other parks only a 5-minute walk away, perfect for walks or outdoor time. The bus stop is also 5 minutes away, with direct buses every 10min to the city centre in about 30 minutes. Supermarket is around a 20-minute walk from the house.

It’s a calm, comfortable home in a beautiful area.
