About the room

Gday i have a room for rent, can fit double bed, desk etc . Big wardrobe. The area is really quiet. Lots of off street parking, big lawn, deck to have a Bevvy on in the summer.

Expenses are split: power, internet, gas. Usually about $25 a week

About the roomies

Living with a guy and another chick both in twenties. Also have Dory the dog, and doug the rabbit

Both pretty much do our own thing, don’t mind the odd yarn and bevy now and again.
