This beautiful, clean, warm, and sunny four-year-old two-storey home in Sunnyvale offers a peaceful and welcoming place to live. The ground floor features a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, creating a light-filled and comfortable shared space. Upstairs are four bedrooms.

The room available for rent is large (4.3m x 3.2m) and includes two double wardrobes. There’s plenty of space for a Queen or King bed, bedside tables, drawers, and still room for a couch or desk. You will also have your own private bathroom, complete with a bath.

About me: I’m a working female in my mid-50s. I’m quiet, honest, trustworthy, and easy-going. I’m house-proud and enjoy pottering around the house, gardening, and tinkering in the garage. I’m not a party person and am looking for someone similar who values peace and quiet.

It will just be the two of us living here, so I appreciate personal space and a calm, respectful home environment.
