Kia ora! I’m looking for a lovely flatmate in St Albans 🏡🌼

I’m looking to share my homely, funky two-bedroom townhouse from around 10 October. Short term stay is preferred but open to long term with the right fit! Ideally looking for another woman who is working and/or studying, and is kind, friendly and respectful.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe, and the house is fully set up with everything you’ll need — washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen appliances, etc. So you can basically just bring your clothes and settle in.

You’ll be living with me! I’m a gentle, warm and friendly music producer/artist, and I’m away quite a lot for work, so you’ll have the house to yourself a fair bit of the time.

It’s a great spot — walking distance to Merivale, Hagley Park, Edgeware Village and Abberley Park, about 6 mins into town by car and an easy 10 min bike ride. Close to buses too.

The house is nice and warm with a gas fireplace, heat pump, bathroom heater and radiator.

Bills (internet, power and gas) are shared.
