We are looking for a female flatmate to join our little flat family!

Double bedroom with a large walk in wardrobe, ensuite and own bathroom, shower and toilet. Room opens on the backyard! It can be furnished or unfurnished for the same cost… your choice.

We are looking for a friendly female flatmate in her 20s or 30s. Existing flatmates are 2 females. All working professionals. We are very clean, tidy and social.. but at the same time, we respect each other’s privacy.

The house is clean and very spacious with a private garden and deck. It is fully furnished with a living area and kitchen :)

Located in Flat Bush with one park in driveway. Bus stop is 5 minutes’ walk. Short drive to supermarkets and motorway.

Rent: $250 per week ***Price includes reasonable use of expenses: power, water, unlimited internet, lawn etc

2 weeks bond.

Existing flatmates are 2 females. All working professionals. We are very clean, tidy and social.. but at the same time, we respect each other’s privacy.
