Located central Mount Maunganui close to Blake Park. Good sized room which can comfortably fit a king sized bed plus other furnishings. There is also a small extra room for a lounge and or office which current has a couch, TV and TV stand in it. Room comes with a set of drawers if wanted. Tenant will have their own private bathroom and a small deck out the back of the house. Private entrance through the garage.

One early 40’s male, easy going. Enjoys sports and traveling. There is also a friendly 8 year old cat living in the apartment.
