Hi everybody!

We’re looking for a family friendly addition to our little community in St Martins. We’re in a spacious 4-bedroom house with two bathrooms in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the town center right by a bus stop. New World is just across the road from us. Very convenient location for anyone without a car. We have a spare bycycle you can use.

About the room and costs:

• Rent including utilities 210$, couples 240$ • 2 weeks’ bond • Room is unfurnished, there’s no bed but a build in wardrobe.

There’s on-street parking available and a garage to hang out in with a spare bed for guests and visitors.

We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys being around kids, doesn’t mind a cat and would be a good fit with our communal vibe and sharing food. We’d prefer a woman to keep the numbers even but we’re potentially open to a really cool guy or a couple.

A little about us:

Currently, we’re three adults, a girl, a baby and a cat. I’m from the Czech Republic, my partner is Austrian, and a Frenchman. My partner’s daughter is 4 years old, has her own room, and lives with us part-time. Little baby girl is 6 months and is super cute and chill. Matthieu is French, loves baking and bouldering.

We’re aged 29-35, working, very easy going, love the outdoors, into camping, gardening, cooking or having a board game night. We go on outdoor adventures together like surfing, kayaking, spearfishing or paragliding. We have a garage full of outdoor gear that we are happy to share. We’re particularly passionate about our veggi garden and there’s a piano here, waiting to be played!

We share dinners during weekdays and would love to keep our system going where we chip in 50 a week for shared food and cleaning products. Everyone cooks once a week and that way you have a warm meal most nights of the week. We have no dietary restrictions.
