Big, sunny room with ensuite washroom avaialble in New Lynn. Room is on the ground floor, while shared spaces like kitchen and living area are on the first floor.

There’s a king size bed in the room. If needed, I can provide study/office table and chair. There’s a built in wardrobe and two eztra cupboards. It’s very near to New Lynn station and mall.

Rent is $320/- (including power, water and internet) for a single person. If any couples interested, then lets talk first :)

You will be living with me and my teenage daughters. We live on the first floor. We are usually busy during the week abd like to spend our evenings quietly. We like to chill over board games, baking and a good movie with pizza over the weekends.
