About the room

Hi accomodation available from o early October 2026. Long term tenant preferred.

Nice sunny room. Rent $250, all bills included. Shared washroom.

Fairly new built house. Not a party home. You will be sharing the house with working professionals. We are a friendly bunch and looking for like minded person to join us. Mature, clean and must pay rent on time.

Centrally located (bus stops, walking distance to hospital/ a min by car, Shops and Woolworth nearby),

Furnished room with large wardrobe.

Rent paid at the start of the week. One week rent in advance and two weeks bond.

About the roomies

In our late 20s. Working professionals, me and my husband work full time and spend gym time in the evening. No smoking inside the house. Not a party house. The other couple have their ensuite. The wife is a student and the husband works full time. I work a couple of days from home and we enjoy having tea together and chat in the evenings or play games on weekends.
