About the room

We have an ensuite room situated in Newmarket/Greenlane! Move in date anytime onwards from now.

🪴The Room: $400 per week + expenses (split evenly as they come in). It is an unfurnished ensuite room that can fit a double/king bed. Built-in wardrobe space and clothes rack. Please note, the room isn’t particularly large so this will not suit someone that has a lot of furniture/items to put in the room. The room is the only room on the bottom floor and room joins with small outdoor patio for you to enjoy. Note: we do have a double sized mattress available for you to use if you need.

🏡The House & Location: The house is a near brand-new 3-level townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is modern and very clean. We leave 1 bedroom as a study/WFH room (hence why the higher rent) which you are more than welcome to utilise. All whiteware and appliances included and are extremely high European quality. The common areas are also furnished with high quality furnishings and appliances throughout. The location is great and easily walkable to public transport and easy access to both Northern and Southern motorways! -10minute walk to Greenlane train station -2minute walk to bus stops -5minute walk to nearby cafes -3minute walk to Woolworths Greenlane -1minute drive to Southern/Northern motorway onramps

There is plenty of on-street parking available in front/near the house.

About the roomies

👥Current Flatmates - You will be living with 2 other guys. We’re all pretty chill (late 20s/early 30s – one works in the energy sector, the other as a developer). We’re good humoured and semi-social, enjoy a shared meal or drink together from time to time but also enjoy our own space too. We’re all pretty busy people and mostly always out and about most weekends.
