The home itself is spacious, uncluttered and warm, dry in winter, full of natural light, with ocean views from the deck. There’s internal garage access plus plenty of off-street parking.

The household is relaxed and independent. I’m a life coach and facilitator who lives a vegan lifestyle. My adult son also lives here. Between us we cover a couple of generations, so we’re open to the right person at any stage of life. We each do our own thing, but we’re also genuinely good people who enjoy each other’s company when it flows naturally.

What we’re looking for is simple: someone open-minded, honest, and respectful. Someone who appreciates a beautiful home and brings good energy to it.

It’s a quiet, modern, 3 story house. I share it with my 20-year-old son (he has his own independent access and keeps to himself). I’ve raised two kids, and now that my daughter has moved out, there’s space for someone new.
