About the room

Quiet home on a neighbourly street, one street back from the beach. Great for those that appreciate ocean living and beach walks. Prefer just one other person in the 3-bed house but open to a couple or two singles (would adjust price accordingly).

Nice outside garden area for morning coffee with good sunshine. Single garage for sports gear like bikes and surfboards. Fully furnished, warm and dry with multiple heat pumps. Keen to get the right fit of person, whether that be short or long term. Suits someone who is respectful, calm & mature, in full time employment / financially secure. Early to bed, early to rise sort of place, healthy living.

Available from May 1, after current housemate moves to Perth. Can take viewings after April 13.
