A short walk to & from the Waikato Hospital. Off street parking for your vehicle or bus stops just down the road, garage space for extra storage if you need.

About the room - Unfortunately not furnished but I do have a single bed that you could use in the mean time. Very spacious room can easily fit a queen sized bed & draws plus other belongings you may have. No Pets. (tenancy agreement) No small children. Property is not fully fenced.

About the roomies

I live by myself currently, I am a 30 y/o female. Love kids just dont have any yet. I enjoy going out & spending time with friends & family. My hobbies include indoor house plants, Art - mostly sketching, tattooing & cartoons.
