Looking for two flatmates to join our home, both rooms are available in early April. The house is up on the hill in Belleknowes so gets lots of sun. There are four bedrooms, one bathroom and an extra toilet. It has spacious open plan living offering elevated views to the harbour, a log burner and two heat pumps to keep the place warm in winter with double-glazed bi-fold doors out to an entertaining patio for summer. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large laundry and basement/garage with plenty of storage space. The house also has a HRV system to all bedrooms. Both available rooms are large doubles, with large double wardrobes, heaps of light and stunning views! Rent is $230/week and includes Internet, plus we don’t need to worry about buying firewood. Bond is $460 for each room (equivalent to 2 weeks rent).

Current tenants are in their late 20s and early 30s, and we’re pretty keen to be living with people who are looking for a place to call home (long term ideally). If you’re cool with boardgames, weird comedy and very creative vibes, then are we the place for you! You’ll be living with a guitar/music teacher and a furniture maker (we’re both big on D&D and fantasy nerds). Very chill and easy going but also appreciate living in a clean home. Not a party house, though we do enjoy a drink or two and a good hang out. We’re happy to enjoy spending time doing things together as well as being in our own spaces.
