About the room

This room is a moderately large bedroom with a triple wardrobe and above wardrobe storage. It gets great afternoon sun and is in a solid brick home. The house has a modernised kitchen, a bathroom with an alcove shower and a spa bath, as well as two toilets, one located outside. A generous laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as a second fridge. Plenty of storage around the house. Plenty of street parking available and some off street parking as well. Two lounging areas. And heated by two heat pumps and a fireplace. We already have two cats so not wanting anymore pets thank you.

Flattie number one is the homeowner who is a full time worker mainly in Palmerston North and enjoys his sports, mainly rugby, gym and f1 and chilling out when home.

Flattie number 2 is a casual worker and has two friendly cats who keep to themselves unless you have food.
