About the room
Short term or long term room available. Two others are here, one a full time student, and one a full time worker (who is older). A small dog also lives here. You will have space in a shared fridge for fridge and freezer items, a large section for pantry foods and all cook ware and crockery are available. A stove, oven and microwave are also available. Heating is a heater, but be sensible with it please. Shared bathroom - unique NZ layout of such.
On the 130 bus route. On street parking.
You only clean up after yourself. Stay a night - stay 3 weeks - we are flexible.
About the roomies
Full time gentleman from overseas studying at UC and avid rugby player. And an old lady who drives a bus for a living, but works full time. We are quiet, mind our own business, share the shared spaces respectfully and are quiet, except on a Saturday afternoon when out of town friends visit the old lady.
