Double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Bed, bedside table, lamps and tall boy provided. Linen can be provided if needed. Flatmate would have predominant use of the main bathroom except for the odd guest. Street parking. Bustop is 5 min walk away. $375 for single $450 for a couple, inclusive of power (reasonable use), internet and Netflix. Short term, just let us know what you’re thinking. Flexible move in/out dates. You would be living with a couple in their early 40’s. Logan spends roughly half the month working away. Nicole works full time from the home office. Head of the household is Nugget, a British Shorthair tabby cat, so must love cats. Both enjoy skiing, hiking, and mountain biking and exploring the local breweries. Not a party house but enjoy a beer, cider or wine.
