About the room

The downstairs room is spacious and furnished. You have your own toilet downstairs and a shared (shower) bathroom upstairs. The house is located in a safe and quiet area, with a spacious back and front yard. The backyard has a vegetable garden. We want a single person to rent the room, tidy, and with a full time employment.

About the roomies

We’re a husband and wife living in a 4-bedroom house. Our daughter is the university and she comes home during school breaks. We are a friendly, hospitable, and tidy people.
