Double sized room available from the 5th Feb to share with one professional 43yr male and his awesome cat Shrimpy! Shrimp is a very polite, well mannered, quiet cat who doesn’t bother anyone, much like his owner :) I’m vegetarian, work full time and have a part time business as a side hustle. I love mountain biking at Makara peak, reading, TV and movies, snorkeling, cooking and playing RTS PC games. Male, female or gender neutral flatmate, I don’t mind. House is fully furnished with sofa set, washing machine, dryer, TV, dishwasher, just need your own things for the bedroom. Bedrooms (upstairs) are double glazed, rest of house is single glazed. Room size is a little over 9sqm (3.0m by 3.1m) Share power and internet costs. Power usually $100-120/mth summer $200 in winter (approx). Internet is $50/mth each. Bond required. Lease to sign on a periodic tenancy.
