I have doube bedroom available now in Merivale. A great location! Quiet area! 2 mins drive to Merivale Mall 6 mins drive to Northlands Shopping Centre 8 mins drive to Central city The room has a built in wardrobe with plenty of space for clothing and belongings. The room is fully furnished . You will be sharing the bathroom ,living area ,kitchen with myself. Amenities, all appliances are including, heating, washing machine, fridge, rice cooker and microwave etc plenty of parking on the street. Rent is $200per week includes toiletries and cleaning supplies. Fibre Broadband and power are split each month . No pets and no smoking .
