The house is modern, double-glazed, fully furnished except the available bedroom (would consider furnishing if needed). There is plenty of street parking, open plan living and a deck to sit out in the sun. It has a heatpump and gets full day sun.

The house is less than 10km (around 10 minute) drive into town and a short walk from Tomahawk and Smaills beach. There is a bus stop just down the road. Beautiful hikes nearby too

Lease can be flexible - short or long term (preferred).

You will be living with a 1M in his early 30s who works full-time and a 1F working full-time in her early 20s. Looking for people who are tidy, quiet, and easy-going. We enjoy occasional flat dinners and hanging out, but are also busy and independent.
