Two connected rooms available for rent in a house located down a quiet drive in Kaiapoi. The space includes two large rooms separated by a curtain, giving you plenty of room to set up a bedroom plus a lounge, office, or storage area. The $250 per week rent is for both rooms, giving you a bit more space and privacy than a typical single room so would be ideal for a couple or someone wanting some extra personal space.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom and toilet with just one other person.

You’ll be living with a couple and one other flatmate, all in our 20s. We all work full-time and don’t work from home, so the house is usually quiet during the day. We’re friendly and social and enjoy the occasional drinks or small party, but overall it’s a relaxed household.

There is one cat living in the house, so you’ll need to be okay with pets. No additional pets please.

Engaged couple who are 24 and 22. Jack is a full-time Electrician. Kyra is a full time barista. Hardus is 27 and a full time diesel mechanic.
