Property is short walking distance to town center and hospital. Healthy home insulation and heatpump in house. Got a small separate loundry and big deck for shared use. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, 2big rooms and 2 small rooms, rooms come with bed, bedding and 2 towels plus build in wordrobes. You will share the house with 2 other flatmates at the most. Lounge, kitchen equiped with everything you will need (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and pots and pans) and bathroom will be for shared use. All bills (gas, power, water, internet) in price included if you need more info please ask. I am happy to negotiate about the rent for small room’s.

I am very open to every kind of people. I appreciate cleanliness handling/using the house and contents like it is your own. I don’t mind smoking as long as you do it outside, music welcome as well as long as you keep it in a appropriate loudness between 10pm and 8am.
