Kia ora. I have a house in Port Chalmers, Dunedin with 2 flatmates and 1 is moving away for work. It’s a peaceful, beautiful spot and it takes 10 minutes to get into town, or there’s a bus stop around the corner. There is only on street parking but plenty of it.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the available room (unfurnished) is good size (4.3 x 3.5m).

There are 3 tall-ish stairs in the hallway in the house and the walkway to the basement/garden is on the steep side and also has stairs, so it may not be suitable if you have mobility issues, sorry.

Rent is $220 per week plus $30 per week for shared expenses (wifi, power, cleaning supplies etc.). Bond is $440.

This is a LGBTQIA+ friendly house. We are social (not a party house), but also give each other space when we need it. We’re looking for someone who can be clean and tidy in the common areas and participate in a cleaning roster, and is able to communicate openly and respectfully to resolve any issues in the flat.
