Female flatmate wanted for a fully furnished room in a 3-bedroom house in New Zealand. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, and some shelves. Please note the photos of the room were taken before the furnitures were moved in. Rent is $190 per week inc. expenses. Bond is 2 weeks of rent. Open to both short- and long-term rent. Bus stop is 5-min walk. 15-min drive into town. Shops are about 15-min walk.

You will be sharing the house with two other flatmates and my toddler daughter. We are a friendly bunch who respect each other’s space.
