Hi! :) We have a spacious, sunny room available in our brand new house in Milldale/Wainui. The house gets lots of natural sunlight and has several living areas, so it never feels crowded. There is a built-in wardrobe, desk and a shelf in the room, so you’d only need a bed. Bathroom is shared with one other person only. Quiet neighbourhood only a few minutes from the motorway and Silverdale shops.
About the roomies
We’re three very chill couples and one friendly kitty 😺 we like a good mix of social catch-ups and quiet time. Most of us work full-time and have pretty early starts, so usually the house gets quiet by 9pm too. But if you’re a night owl, just do your thing! Partners and friends are always welcome, of course :)
