The floor includes two fully furnished bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two single beds) and a private bathroom. This setup is ideal for friends, a couple wanting extra space, or a small group looking to live together while still having some separation from the main house.

Upstairs is self-contained for sleeping and bathroom use, with a shared kitchen and living area downstairs. The house offers significantly more space and privacy than a typical apartment or townhouse, though it is an older property overall.

The environment here is calm, respectful, and inclusive. This is an LGBTQI+ friendly household, and I prioritise people who value a welcoming and considerate living environment.

I’m a quiet, tidy, and fairly introverted person who values a calm and comfortable home environment. I work from home, so I spend a lot of time here and appreciate a space that’s respectful, low-noise, and well looked after.

I keep to myself most of the time but am friendly and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke and only drink occasionally.
