We are the first tenants to live here, so everything is fresh, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged.

The Room: You’ll have a good-sized double bedroom, complete with a queen bed (linen not provided) and a double wardrobe. The room can easily fit a smaller desk if you need a workspace. It’s located adjacent to the kitchen and access via the garage makes coming and going easy and practical.

You will share access to a bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and vanity, with a toilet next to it.

Expenses include power, fibre, lawns, and cleaning services. Garage space or additional fridge connections can be negotiated.

The property has been meticulously maintained, with a focus on creating a home for someone who appreciates quality finishes, careful maintenance, and a thoughtful approach to shared living spaces. We are strictly a smoke/vape free home. So please ask that you also don’t smoke or vape even outside of the home. (One child ends up hospitalised).

We are busy bodies, two kids (9 and 11) plus mum (37) and a cat named Sausage.

We have a pretty dynamic outlook on life, with most school nights are either balanced between recharging batteries or doing after school things, then the weekends are either work whilst kids are away or chilling bout home, pottering in the (soon to be) vege garden, doing arty/DIY things or being active on the bikes/lake.

We love a good BBQ if the sun is out, camping also is a must.

Mum is a graphic designer, event producer, and a medium (does readings) working predominantly from home unless an event pulls her away.
