About the room
the house is a 4 bedroom house. 220 for a room fully furnished with your own bathroom not including power and internet. we will not use the bathroom during your stay but if we have friends visiting over thats the main bathroom so i hope to see it clean and no dirty wet floors
also need to be house trained, take rubbish bag out if its full, alternate buying of cleaning products, no eating inside the bedroom, using placemat when food is hot, using dishrack properly not putting food in there,
airing bedroom is important or kitchen when cooking, not a fan of noise after 10pm,
house has big kitchen and big living area. we are a quiet couple in our late 30s and late 40s

just my partner who works out of town during weekdays and I … with one little dog…quiet living and works full time
