I’m on the lookout for a flatmate for my Westown home - very much a right human, right fit situation rather than a rush to fill a room.

It’s a calm, well-loved home rather than a high-energy household - the kind of place where you can properly exhale at the end of the day. I care a lot about this space and who shares it, so I’m looking for someone respectful, kind, and comfortable living with care and intention.

The setup may suit someone who’s happy with a bit of independence and who naturally takes pride in the space they live in. Likely best suited to someone working full-time or with a steady routine.

The space: You’d have your own room with your own bathroom. Kitchen, living, dining, and laundry/scullery as shared spaces.

$325 per week

Rent includes power, gas, internet, and some household basics. Based on reasonable use - if bills increase significantly, we’d revisit together. The room can be partly furnished or unfurnished — happy to keep this flexible and discuss what works best for you (you’d just need your own bedding etc).

If you are communicative, warm, and have a sense of humour, we’ll likely get along well.
