I have a double room available (with private entrance) from the 19th of July onwards (as close to that date preferable) at my tidy, peaceful home in Normanby - close to the bus stop and to NEV village, and plenty of nature around. Up on the hill so we get the last bits of sun. I have cats, and no extra animals are allowed at the property. Ideally you will be a cat/animal person too, working full-time, reliable, considerate, able to tidy up after yourself, and respectful.

The private door to this available room opens up onto the back garden which is a lovely space. The room itself is two rooms connected to each other, so it could be a great space if you need a creative/work area or would like a walk in wardrobe separate to your sleeping area.

Heat pump, pellet fire, bath.

On street parking available, nice neighbourhood, no drama. Power/wifi is shared monthly.

I’m 33, creative, and a full-time store manager/jeweller on the side. I’m usually working on a project, at the gym, in the garden, reading, out doing stuff but I enjoy and need my stable, cosy home time. I prefer a fairly quiet but lived in home environment for the most part as I have an extremely social job, and looking for someone who values that too. I’m happy to wait for the right person.
