The room is available from the 11th May but this can be negotiated. The 6 bed terrace flat is just off The Octagon. It’s a great location within walking distance to university, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The room is on the top floor, so has unobstructed daylight and a view of the city. The room comes unfurnished other than a tall boy. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

Your flatmates would be a friendly group of university students and workers in their early 20ies.
