About the room

Looking for someone to take over the rest of my 1-year, fixed term lease. Rent is $185 per week, exuding WiFi and power (which is split evenly between flatmates). The room is available from the 11th May but this can be negotiated. The 6 bed terrace flat is just off The Octagon. It’s a great location within walking distance to university, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The room is on the top floor, so has unobstructed daylight and a view of the city. The room comes unfurnished other than a tall boy. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.
