Rent & Expenses:
▪︎ $315 per week (includes water, gas, internet, Netflix + shared household items like rubbish bags, cleaning products, paper towels, etc.). Only power is extra and it’s split between three of us.
On-street parking only (free from 6 PM to 8 AM)
No pets, no couples, no smokers.
Move-in Costs: ▪︎ 3 weeks’ bond + 1 week’s rent in advance
