Laundry consists of front loader washing machine. Outside line for drying or take to Village 24/7 unmanned laundry services.

Deck requires repair so out of bounds. Onsite single garage unavailable for roomies. Property grounds maintained by contractor.

Home owner stays at set dates throughout the year. Property inepections will require viewing of all rooms.

An ideal roomie would be prepared to pack / stack wood, set fire place, vacuum, load / unload dish washer, bring in washing and keep shared areas clean.
