I have a beautiful, peaceful room available on my rural lifestyle property near Te Horo. This would suit a quiet, respectful woman looking for a calm space to rest, write, work remotely, or simply breathe for a while. The house is set up to allow privacy and ease of co-existence. You would have: – A sunny bedroom – Access to a warm and inviting lounge/library with gas fire (your quiet retreat space) – Shared kitchen and bathroom – Beautiful rural surroundings with animals and open space This is not a party house – it’s a calm, respectful environment.

$300 week includes power, internet and utilities. Ideally suited to someone self-sufficient, and easy-going who appreciates a peaceful home. Medium term (7-8 months).

There is grazing and facilities available for your horse (if you have one) as well ($30 per week extra).

Short-term stay welcome. Would suit a mature, independent person, remote worker, traveller, contract worker, or someone needing a calm temporary base. The property has animals, including dogs, cat, chickens and horses, so this would best suit someone who genuinely likes animals and is comfortable in a lived-in rural home.

Quiet household, beautiful surroundings, off-street parking. References required.
