Our home is spacious (5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living dining kitchen area with small deck, spread over 3 stories), sunny, warm (centrally heated), with a large internal double garage for bikes and storage, a laundry complete with heat pump drier, and beautiful garden including chickens, glasshouse, veggie beds and fruit trees. It’s set on a quiet street with lovely neighbours, close to a Four Square and the bus route into the city. The room we have available is at the back of the house looking out onto the back yard. It can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. Electricity and wifi is included. We can negotiate full or partial board (some or all meals included). The bedrooms are split over two levels - Andrew and I are upstairs and the spare room is downstairs beside the teens. We’re generally all tucked up in bed by 9.30pm and then you will have the living areas to yourself if you are a night owl.

You will be living with our family - Andrew and I are professionals in our 40s (nurse and council worker). We’re non smokers who love music, cooking and gardening. Our children are both 15yo and super lovely, they’re into music, hanging out with their friends and creative projects. We also have 2 small, non shedding, affectionate dogs, Wolf and Wookie, and a cat called Jeff.
