🏡 Space available: We are looking for a couple to share the lease of beautiful villa in Onehunga. We have a large unfurnished double bedroom + office combo available from the 15th of April, but open to discuss other dates. You would only be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

💰The rent: Double room only $350 rent + $30 expenses (Unlimited Internet, water, power, gas and other expenses)

Or

Double Room + Office $378 rent + $30 expenses

Bond - $1660 (Please note that the bond is divided between the 2 main bedrooms, as we are subleasing the third room)

Moving Cost - Bond + 1 week rent in advance

We live in a 3 bedroom house with a big carpeted loft area that could be used as a guest room as there is a mattress there (currently storage), study, front and back decks, massive backyard, beautiful kitchen and large furnished living area. We are in really good terms with the landlords, they are also easygoing.

Smokers okay just not in the house.
