Hi everyone! We’re looking for flatmates (single or a couple) to join our home in Bayview 😊

Rooms: • Bedroom 1: 3.1m × 3.8m (available now) • Bedroom 2: 3.2m × 3.8m (available in 2 weeks) Both rooms can fit a queen bed and has a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom will be shared between the two rooms only.

Rent: • Single: $250/week (bills included) • Couple: $300/week (bills included)

Move-in costs: 2 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance

Plenty of street parking available, located in a quiet street.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and comfortable sharing a relaxed home environment.

Current flatmates: 1 friendly working couple, mid 30’s, working in retail and hospital both normal work hours 😊
