About the room

Hi I am renting a room in 2bedroom 1 bath apartment Located in CBD 17D Wakefield st. The apartment is cozy bright and very comfortable. It’s very close to AUT and UoA 5mins walk away. Close to public transport, shops and cafes. Ideally looking for a female but open to males applicants. Someone easy going and tidy.

The apartment is clean and well maintained. Shared kitchen,living area and bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped (fridge,oven,microwave etc.) Washing machine and dryer in apartment. Sorry no pets allowed
