Located only 2kms from Sylvia park (Ikea, Mall and train station). Easy access to Sh1. 3 bedroom house overlooking the estuary and situated in a friendly dead end street neighborhood. 1 room used as an office / storage by one flatmate. $240 for single $290 for couple
