1 flatmates to share upstairs bedroom with shared bathroom. Bills can be included with extra cost but shared bathroom upstairs living room and kitchen is shared kitchen is fully equipped with off street parking. I have a dog so needs to be super friendly and communicative. I dont mind anything but noise should be limited and cleaning should be maintained rent paid on time n bills cleared.
