$190 each per week (including expenses – LPG, internet, power, and gardeners). Both are queen sized with double wardrobes.

• Room 2 is on the bottom floor with outside access (see photos).
• Room 3 is also on the bottom floor, has a separate space great for home office. Both available end of April.

The house has heaps of great amenities and is huge: it’s double-glazed, has two lounges, a dining room, a music room with a table tennis table, a garage for all your gear and a bathroom on each floor. We’re located on a sunny hill with beautiful views and a terraced garden. Down a private lane in a quiet neighbourhood.

You’ll be living with 4 others (2 males and 1 female/male couple). All mid/late 20s/early 30s. We’re all outdoorsy, love kayaking, mtbiking, tramping, etc. As such lots of space for any toys in the garage.
