The house is warm, dry, and filled with natural sunlight throughout the day, with an HRV system and indoor fireplace for year-round comfort. There is a large covered outdoor area for relaxing, along with front and back lawns and a peaceful semi-rural feel.

The available room is a good-sized unfurnished double (~4m x 3.4m) with a built-in wardrobe and additional storage above.

The home is shared with only one other couple, making it a quiet and low-density living setup. There is plenty of off-street parking and fibre internet.

Overall it’s a relaxed, tidy home suited to people who want space, comfort, and a calm lifestyle rather than a busy flat.

You’ll be living with a working couple (19 & 23) in a relaxed and tidy home in Riverhead. We both work full-time and keep a fairly low-key weekday routine.

We’re social and easy-going, but also respect personal space and keep the house calm and clean. It’s not a party house, but we do enjoy having friends over occasionally on weekends.

We’re both into cars and I run a car sales business, so there’s usually something car-related going on, but overall the home is quiet and well maintained.

We also have a friendly cat named Banjo, so we’re looking for another couple who are working, respectful, and easy to live with.
