We have a fully furnished room available in our home in Avonhead, Christchurch, available for the second half of the year (through to summer – flexible and negotiable).

The room comes furnished with a bed and offers access to a shared bathroom and toilet (shared with two other people). The house is warm, comfortable, and well set up for student life, with shared living spaces that are great for both studying and relaxing. Avonhead is a convenient and quiet area, with easy bus access to Lincoln University and local amenities right across the road.

We’re three third-year students at Lincoln University — two studying Landscape Architecture and one studying Agricultural Science. We balance busy uni schedules with a relaxed and friendly home environment.

The room is currently occupied by an exchange student, and we would love to welcome another exchange student into the flat. We’ve really valued having someone from overseas live with us and would love to continue that cultural exchange experience.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, easygoing, socially confident, tidy in shared spaces, and considerate of others. We enjoy the occasional shared dinner, chat in the kitchen, or movie night, but we’re not a party flat — just a respectful and positive home.
