Hi all!

I’ve just moved into my first place and I’m looking for two chilled, friendly flatmates to take the other spacious rooms. The house is in Hoon Hay (close to the BP) and has been newly renovated, with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The house is super sunny, double glazed and has a heat pump + log burner.

Room price - $230/week excluding utilities (rooms are not furnished, the photos are from the property listing when I purchased)

A bit about me - I work full-time in a construction office, pretty standard 9–5 during the week, and outside of work I’m usually keeping active with hiking, climbing and swimming. I’m pretty easygoing at home and really value having a clean, relaxed space where you can properly switch off after work.

I’m basically just looking for two working professionals who are tidy, respectful and considerate of shared spaces, and who are up for a friendly, relaxed home vibe. Not a party house at all, just somewhere chilled where everyone does their bit, but it’s also nice to have a chat or go for a drink now and again.
