About the room

Welcome to Wyatt Place! Perfectly located on the West side of Christchurch with great bus routes and easy access to main shopping centers, the university, and the airport. The house is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom + sleepout with a private garden out the back. One room is avaliable. It is double sized with a built in wardrobe. The room is furnished with the basics, but I’m happy to remove these if you’d really like to bring your own stuff! There’s a single garage for extra storage, but parking is on the street (It’s a nice quite cul-de-sac)

About the roomies

You’ll be living with three other people. Me (Celia), 30yr female, super chatty with a busy social life and a love for creative activities. I love a wee chit chat and the odd social event with my flatmates, but also love some recharge time and enjoy living in a peaceful clean home. I work out of town, and am often away house sitting. The two other flatties are both males in their mid 20’s and they bring the international flavour! Pieter (South African) is an exercise rider working at the racecourse. He works a split shift so he’s up and away early in the morning, and tends to keep to himself so he can recharge when he’s home. He does smoke, but this is in a designated area outside only! Elco (Dutch) will be the latest arrival (start of May). He works full time out of town and is a big fan of the outdoors. Our ideal housemate will be sociable and tidy, and either working or studying. Preferably they’ll be down for the odd flat dinner/board game evening. A conversation could be had about a very well behaved pet (would need references)
