Here is a single furnished bedroom Located in flaxmere hawkesbay a 2 minutes drive to ur nearest shopping centre and a 5 minute walk to the park. Looking for someone respectful person who wants to move into a quiet home respectful of other’s personal space but also love a good hang out every now and then.

I’m a 23 year old working male who works majority of the time so if u don’t mind being by urself abit then this is the perfect space for u. There is a lovely dog on the property who is very shy and timid at first but is an absolute angel once she gets to know u. Be warned she doesn’t know what personal space is and loves a good cuddle. Currently it is just myself but am working on getting both rooms filled. The other person is a quiet person. Unfortunately the dog living in the property is not a huge fan of other animals so please no animals.
