Small cozy room. Could fit a queen bed but more suited to a double! Could be negotiable to take another larger room if needed. Located at the entrance end of the house. Single wardrobe. I can furnish the room if needed including bed, side tables, tv and chrome cast but may increase the price slightly. Happy to obviously share main living space! Anything you don’t have kitchen wise is available for use provided you keep everything clean and tidy! Awesome bathroom, off street safe parking up long driveway. Clean and tidy. Good neighbourhood.

About the roomies

Looking for an easy-going flatmate to share a home with myself, so it will just be you and one other, me! The house is a three bedroom stand alone house on a back section with a small yard, off street parking and some storage room if you need (garage/shed). I like my privacy but also keen to share chats, drinks, meals and tunes on occasion. No couples please only looking for one other person. I keep a clean tidy home so hoping to find someone on the same wave length.
