Weekly rent does not include power but includes internet. Power bill will be split evenly.

Close proximity to royal oak roundabout/shops (approx 30 mins walk), bus stops nearby and oranga train station (approx 20-30 mins walk).

I am a working professional living by myself. I do occassionally have cookup/drinks with my friends. Please contact if you are:

1. A clean person (i tend to clean the house once a week) - No messy people please and I expect you to clean your area once a week as well.
2. No smoking inside the house (smokers ok but outside please).
3. Responsible when paying the bills.
